The drs are super nice but the staff is a complete mess I have never seen such rude people working for a dr office. It is really so sad. I hope the drs see the way their staff treats the patients. Time to look for a better office.

Dr Loman professionalism is above 5 stars, should be 100 stars, very knowledgeable, cares for his patients like family, he has been our family's physician for a very long time, he really loves being a doctor, same as his wife Dr Muina.

Difficulty with getting authorizations processed timely is a turn off. Dr. Loman is a wonderful doctor; caring, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. This does not apply to some of the office staff. A select few are rude and unprofessional, negating an otherwise positive experience.
