Difficulty with getting authorizations processed timely is a turn off. Dr. Loman is a wonderful doctor; caring, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. This does not apply to some of the office staff. A select few are rude and unprofessional, negating an otherwise positive experience.
La Dr. Balboa es excelente, pero el staff negligente, además de no tener interés en hacer su trabajo bien. No cumplen tiempos de envío de órdenes de laboratorio, no regresan llamadas y cuando les llamas jamás contestan los teléfonos. Para único que tienen velocidad es para cobrar a tu seguro.
