My father underwent surgery here, including treatment for a nasal injury. He described Dr. Ahn as one of the best physicians he has ever encountered—kind, attentive, and an excellent listener. Dr. Ahn also expedited the surgery given the circumstances, which we greatly appreciated. The entire experience was exceptionally smooth. 26년2/14 처음방문.귀청소 귀검사요망.청소할때너무많이아파 참기힘들었음 그때선생님께서 불렸다가 다음에와서제거할까해서 그냥오늘해달라했음니다.2/26 하켄삭 대학병원에서 검사받았는데아무이상없다는소견.2/28 다시 안이비인후과에옴. 귀속을보시더니 피딱지가 생겼다고(2/14청소하고나서 아무런예기없었는데)불려서 제거해야한다고해서 다음예약일4일전부터 약을넣으라해서(약을사서 기다려4일전부터시작)하라는데로하고 3/10 방문 .딱지가 안불려졌다고 다음주에 다시오라구.카운터에서 오늘지ㄴ료비pay하라고해서 다음주에다시 하기로했다고하니 올때마다 pay 해야한다고함.서로 언성이 좀높아졌는데 오늘pay 하지말고 이제는 다른이비인후과로 가라고해서 황당했음니다 .귀청소후에 피딱지가생긴건데 .누구에 잘못인지 예기한마디못하고 어쩐지 억울한 느낌이드네요 . 제가 나이가70 넘어 한국의사분을 챃아갔는데 어쩐지 내쳐진기분입니다.

저는 오늘 언니를 모시고 Dr 안 이비인후과에 3번째 방문 했습니다.. 오늘 하도 어이가 없는 상황을 겪어서 몇자 올립니다.. 자세히 설명 하겠습니다.. 첫번째 방문 이유는 언니의 어지러움증 때문이었습니다.. 혹시 귀에 이명증이 있어 어지러운가 해서요.. 선생님께서는 정밀검사를 해야한다 하시며 귀 청소를 해주셨습니다.. 그냘 귀청소를 하시기전 귀지가 말라서 딱딱한데 아파도 괜찮냐고 하셔서 언니는 귀 검사를 위해 해야 할거 같아 아파도 참을 각오를 하고 선생님께 해달라 하셨습니다.. 많이 아팠다고 하셨습니다.. 그날 선생님은 귀청소를 해주시며 귀안에 피가 보인다는 말씀은 없었습니다.. 그리고나서 일주일후에 해켄섹 병원에서 정밀 검사를 받고 두번째 Dr 안 선생님을 만났습니다.. 선생님은 귀와 어지럼증은 상관이 없다는 결과를 말씀 하시면서 귀안에 피가 말라 있어서 그것을 제거하고 무슨 이상이 있나 보셔야 한다고 하셨습니다.. 그러면서 귀안에 귀지를 부드럽게 해주는 약을 알려 주셨고 저랑 언니가 듣기로는, 다음 예약 4일 전에 4방울씩 하루... read more

A few days ago I called and tried to make an appointment with the doctor. However, the secretary asked for my credit card information in order to make an appointment. I don't like to give my credit card number over the phone. She said that they can't make an appointment for me unless I give her my credit card information. I have never heard of this.
