Dr Tulvin is great. But getting a response from the office when issues appear is like pulling teeth. It takes My Chart posts, calls to office and messages left to get a response. Just very frustrating and upsetting. If a patient has an issue it should be addressed ASAP not multiple days later. Communication is very important and making a patient feel like their concerns are valid is part of what makes a practice good. Just very disappointed. I am still waiting for a call back. Dr. Tuvlin is by far the best MD Gastroenterologist out there. He gets to the bottom of your issues. He doesn't play around! 10/10 recommend.
Someone from Dr Tuvlin's sent me a follow up notification I called to make a appointment for some reason I can't make the appointment said we will call you back never heard from them after that customer service is horrible so why would I want to go to this Dr I don't think so I will go somewhere else
From the lovely ladies who work up front at the desk to the Doctors/ Gastroenterologists, great people, great service, it was a delightful experience. Love this office. They got me everything I needed and treated me with great care. The Doctor ordered every test that was necessary. Thank you all for your service.
I had a recent Colonoscopy and Endoscopy( which is highly recommended) with Dr. Jeffery Tuvlin. While I was a bit anxious, the nurses were EXCEPTIONAL. Monica, Tiffany, Bren and Amy (at his office) were all very kind and professional. They put me at ease, we joked a little, they made sure I was warm, comfortable and explained EVERYTHING about what was going on. It went without a hitch. Dr. Tuvlin was a joy. He knows his stuff.
