Neglect patient care. Zero responsibility for patient care. I had a PSA blood test done to check for prostate cancer. A standard test at my age. Wish I could give negative 5 million stars!! Today was the most exasperating experience I've ever encountered with a healthcare provider. My scheduled appointment was 11:15 A.M. and after waiting an hour and 45 minutes I was finally escorted to an examining room.
