Dr Sheridan is the best!
The front desk ladies misrepresented a form for me to sign. She made it sound I was signing about the cancellation fee on the last page but there was 3 other pages that didn't have anything to do with cancelling. She handed it to me with the last page showing, did a little explanation of THAT page, then expected me to sign right then. The rest of my visit was excellent!!
