I am not one to normally leave negative reviews but in this this instance I feel obligated to inform others. I purchased an iphone 17 over the weekend and the phone had issue about two days later making it impossible for me to unlock the phone. Despite providing staff with a clear explanation of what happened, it was clear from later comments that they failed to listen. Terrible customer service, long wait times, apathy from the staff, and on top of this, they ignored my appointment time and took others instead to attempt to sell them something. Verizon has a pay scale based on sales of new accounts and equipment that prevents good service to existing customers.
Alfonso couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. He was courteous and sweet. Good service is worth everything.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY THE CHAT AND SO-CALLED MOBILE SERVICE. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM BEFORE SERVICES. I JUST GOT SCAMMED OUT OF $330. I sent them a request for pricing on 2 tires and was told they offered mobile service and could install the tires today by 3pm because I needed them installed before tomorrow (Saturday) due to my family and I driving out of town and one of my current tires is down to the threads. I purchased a cell phone from Verizon in Metairie. I was very pleased with the service I received from Eric. He took time to explain things to me. Very well spoken Did not let us be interrupted. Many thanks. J. Creely
Salesperson was friendly but told us we had to change our plan in order to get a new phone. I knew for a fact from online that I could order a new phone with no plan changes. I assume they make more commission if people change their plans. He disagreed with me that we could just order on line through Verizon. We left and ordered the new phone with no additional cost and no plan change. Will order this way going forward versus going into the store. Disappointing to be given wrong information.
