Recently I was hospitalized. Medicare requires a follow up visit with family doctor within a specified time. Hospital made 2 calls and I made 2 calls . Each of us were told no openings. Guess being a patient there for more than 15 years means nothing.
I know katrina is a hard worker it runs in our family I would like to spend more time with her but she is always working office help is not fair to her she is alway working merliday weekend she ask off that Friday but refuse can't the one that sit at t he front get up and work one day for her . Your sister Jennifer.
Dr. Matzoni is engaged and takes time with his patients. He doesn't just rush through visits and writes scripts. As well, his nurse, Katrina, is very informative and caring. This is a great team!
Dr Matzoni and Katrina are the best! The whole office operates in an efficient and caring manner. I do miss being able to call directly. 🤷🏾♀️
