I am a new patient here, and I cannot be more thankful for my friends who have recommended me to this place, it is my first time that I have had such a good experience at a dentist, wonderful staff and amazing service, highly recommended.
Dr. Klein is really an expert when it comes to the field of dentistry and beyond. After looking at the X-ray and determining that my pain was not cavity related, he didn’t just dismiss my symptoms, but explained other potential causes, and provided information on alternative treatment options. I was very impressed; he’s the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve been to! Thank you so much, Dr. Klein, for being so kind and patient today.
I have been using Dr Klein for my self for 6 years now and have been extremently happy and would only trust his work. I just started taking my teenage kids to him and I finally feel like their teeth are in skilled hands. His care and compassion is extraordinary. With my daughter recent root canal he even opened up his practice on Saturday evening to checkout if her swelling was within norm as I was gettijng concerned. I had a very upsetting experience with this doctor. He spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way, raising his voice to the point that I felt completely overwhelmed. I honestly didn’t even understand what he wanted from me because of how aggressively he was speaking. The interaction left me in tears, and I have never been treated that way by a medical professional before. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend him to others.
