I have been using Dr Klein for my self for 6 years now and have been extremently happy and would only trust his work. I just started taking my teenage kids to him and I finally feel like their teeth are in skilled hands. His care and compassion is extraordinary. With my daughter recent root canal he even opened up his practice on Saturday evening to checkout if her swelling was within norm as I was gettijng concerned. I had a very upsetting experience with this doctor. He spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way, raising his voice to the point that I felt completely overwhelmed. I honestly didn’t even understand what he wanted from me because of how aggressively he was speaking. The interaction left me in tears, and I have never been treated that way by a medical professional before. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend him to others. Dr. Klein, his dental hygienist, and the whole staff are truly amazing. He’s a skilled dentist who takes real pride in his work, and he always encourages you to stay on top of your dental care. He never asks for much, just that you take your teeth seriously. Every visit feels easy, and you always walk out knowing your smile is in good hands.
Good and fast....
Five star dental work, but a personality of a bully and intimidator. He neglects to realize that the teeth he treats are owned by real people with feelings. People should be treated respectfully and not interrogated or humiliated, like I was. He will surely be remembered as a great doctor with an impressive life-time career of fixing many teeth, but also for the many hearts he hurt in the process. After all, when a person dies, the soul matters more than the teeth.
