I was super nervous about getting a crown for the first time, but Dr. Harris and his hygienist, Jessica, eased my anxiety and actually made it a very pleasant and painless experience. They were amazing. I also love the way that they collaborated together and worked as a team to take care of me. Very knowledgeable and comforting. Great experience, from the front office staff, all the way back to the chair.
While they were working in my mouth something in the doctor’s or hygienist’s hand burned my lip, a 3rd degree burn that got all red then blistered. I called them to let them know about it just so they were aware and no one else would get burned and was shocked at the response, Dr Harris completely denied/dismissed it. I saw Dr. Paul Harris and he was very attentive, friendly, and efficient.
Love these guys never was a fan on the dentist but they have made me very comfortable. The whole team does a great job all the way down to admin.
