I don't know Dr Fischer other than he has a contract w The Avalon to cut toe nails. I called them after a surprise bill that I considered excessive and didn't take her Medicare plan, all information that I thought should have been presented beforehand. At the time I gave them specific instructions to no longer provide her that service. But, somehow low and behold they just did it again against my wishes. Great staff and dr.
They have helped with ingrown toenails but the doctor needs to try and not burn the patients good skin with acid. He burned my dad's skin with the acid and myself. Totally need to learn more about how to not burn your patients foots.
