Disappointed, trying to get my prescription refilled, not getting a response from the office.
Don't!! In my opinion. Their treatment algorithm is spelled $$$$$$. My PSA score has been just shy of 4.77 for decades. Dr. Farnum refused to refill my testosterone script based on a PSA of 4.77, and he demanded a biopsy be performed before we moved forward with refilling my medication. I could not get my testosterone test results from the office when their wi-fi was down, but received phone calls on two consecutive days to schedule the biopsy, which I had already declined in-office. Dr. Farnum is arrogant and smug. He will tell you he’s comfortable working on women and then cut your urethra during routine bladder sling surgery. When he evaluates the severity of your stress incontinence, he will be audibly shocked and then ask you if “you’re loading your shotgun” when you are drinking water during a visit. Maybe Dr. Farnum really knows his way around male genitals, but if you are a woman suffering from incontinence, see someone else.
Dr. FARNUM saved my life! He is one of the most respected intelligent doctors. Always there when needed he take his patients health seriously. And provide good advices! Always on time and always responsive. His team are very nice and supportive! Highly recommended!
I had a very positive experience with the front desk check and with Dr. Farnum. Staff is efficient, helpful and doctor took time to listen and ask questions. I would recommend this office and this doctor!
