Dr Farnum was punctual and explained the results of my xray in a manner I could understand. He,also, explained why I should be xrayd the same time next year as a follow up.

Kidney stone removal surgery scheduled. Went to PreOp then 2 days later notified that they didnt have the equipment to do it. REALLY????? I took off work to do PreOp. What was the pre-op for if equipment not available. I messaged him on mychart, no reply. I had to get with my primary care physician and was referred to a doctor at a hospital that is way out of my area but its my only option apparently. Hard to believe Methodist Willowbrook doesnt have the equipment. I love the hospital, never had bad issues before. Im really ... read more
