Today was the first time having them out as the chimney does not get used all that frequently, maybe 7-10 times per season. Nick was very professional and thorough. Also I found him to be fair and not looking to make a quick buck. He explained that based on my usage pattern I wouldn't need them out every year or even every couple of years just due to the lack of volume. We moved here from Florida and I was not familiar with the whole concept of a wood burning fireplace. I also had absolutely no idea how to turn on the gas logs heater in our sunroom. Nick was amazing! He checked out the fireplace and chimney very thoroughly and reassured me they were in top notch condition. He also lit the pilot light on my gas logs unit and explained the entire operation so I felt confident in using it. That has been such a blessing this winter with all our cold weather.
