My husband made an appointment, completed all of his paperwork and showed up for his appointment 10 minutes early, as requested, only to sit unacknowledged in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Once someone finally did acknowledge him, after he knocked on the interior door, he was told a "mistake" had been made and the provider he was supposed to see wasn't even in. This is completely unacceptable, and beyond unprofessional, especially for mental health provider
