I would definitely give a zero if I could and for someone at his age, I would think would have morals. Don't defend yourself to Dr. Givens or even remotely allow him to know you're not proud of his work, otherwise he will drop you as a patient automatically and make false allegations against you. As well as inform you that you're not allowed to record any sort of Apts of your own. He will make unprofessional comments when you ask him to leave the room. I had to ask him to leave my room twice.
