Dr. Nelson and his team really put me at ease when I had my hysterectomy / bladder life / fibroid removal! He would walk me through every step of the way from the office visit procedures to the minute I went to sleepy land! 😴 I will recommend him to anyone who asks!
Terrible Experience I booked an appointment for my sister two weeks ago after calling the office to confirm the cost, since she doesn’t have insurance and would be paying cash. I was told it would be $320 total for the doctor and a sonogram. Based on that information, I scheduled the visit. When we arrived, the office suddenly said the cost would be $500+. I would not refer anyone here. The nurses brake HIPAA laws by using personal cell phone when it come to patient co pay. Then they made comments if you can not afford the service we understand, but the patient has insurance. The communication is bad. I felt like I was racially profile . They act like they know my finances.
I'm back to share that when I left Dr. Nelson's office today, I was in tears! I’m pregnant and have been seeing him even before my pregnancy; I drive two hours just to see him because it's so difficult to find a good doctor nowadays. It's incredibly frustrating to not feel well and struggle to find a caring doctor who actually listens and supports you—it's such a rarity these days!
