I would not refer anyone here. The nurses brake HIPAA laws by using personal cell phone when it come to patient co pay. Then they made comments if you can not afford the service we understand, but the patient has insurance. The communication is bad. I felt like I was racially profile . They act like they know my finances.
I'm back to share that when I left Dr. Nelson's office today, I was in tears! I’m pregnant and have been seeing him even before my pregnancy; I drive two hours just to see him because it's so difficult to find a good doctor nowadays. It's incredibly frustrating to not feel well and struggle to find a caring doctor who actually listens and supports you—it's such a rarity these days! I am a little over 2 years post op from a hysterectomy without oophorectomy. My fallopian tubes had been removed with a previous C-section so Dr. Nelson removed my cervix and uterus. I did appreciate his attention to pain and his willingness to help control that pain. I also appreciated his pre-surgical, surgical staff and anesthesiologist as well as the nurses that followed.
