Very disappointed in this doctor. We put a lot of faith in them to guide us in the right direction so we may stay healthy and around a long time. Recently out of country and forgot my medication. Completely my fault however needed guidance from doctor to see if they could fill script out of the US. Turns out that wasn’t possible which I understood however needed guidance from him as to if I could go without meds for 6 days or hoping for another suggestion. Very displeased at how unprofessional Joanie is about a patient of the practice. Demanding other medical professionals do what she says regarding a patient and refusing to listen to those with expertise.
Very thorough and very professional
