After attacking the wife on the phone with the accusation that I wasn't taking this seriously enough for him (even though I was travelling over four hours to the hospital every single day), he proceeded to tell us that my husband would be dead within a few months if we didn't pay over a million dollars for a heart transplant. It's now been three years and my husband is doing better than ever. Curtis is an arrogant, incompetent jerk. Avoid him at all cost!
