I had a day time spine surgery at SSMh with dr masciopinto and the team- it was a flawless experience for me and my family. He and the rest of the team were very compassionate and caring. I was walking in my own before I left the hospital. Only question I have for SSMh is how do you cultivate such a compassion and caring spirit in your staff??

Everything went smoothly until I got a ball obstruction for not taking enough laxative while taking a lot of pain meds. That was pretty miserable for me, but it’s my own fault. Dr.Masciopinto great during this entire journey. I’m still in significant discomfort from the surgery, but that should be expected. He and his staff a very caring and stay on task as you would expect. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Masciopinto. He is a great communicator
Every person we had contact with from security upon entering and all the nurses,cna's and other staff were incredible. They were very knowledgeable and attentive. The care given calmed my nerves greatly. Dr. Masciopinto is exceptional he explained Every detail in a way I could understand and put me at ease with his fabulous bedside manner. Highly recommend St. Mary's.
My doctor has the best side manner I’ve ever come across. Dr. Jeffrey Machiopinto.. The nurses and staff were over-the-top friendly and knowledgeable and informative, and they took such good care of me. This is the second time I’ve had surgery there and I would continue if something came up. He is a great doctor. It’s a great hospital great staff and nurses and CNA‘s. They cater to my women and I was just so happy after the surgery and before to have such an outstanding team. Sincerely, Debra Koszarek
