Dr. Adam inflicted unimaginable pain on me, digging at a cemented wax impaction in my ear, over and over and over many times, until I had to force him to stop. At which point he explained to me I should go to the drug store and buy ear wax softener, then come back in 3 weeks! Unbelievable and unnecessary!
