Of course our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heat wave so when technician showed up we were pretty excited. He was able to detect the problem and in less than 15 minutes we were up and running again. Love that your company sends a bio out on your Technician so we can identify who’s showing up at our door. Thank you for great service.
Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He repaired my air conditioning unit efficiently and will careful attention to detail.
The air conditioner died in the heat. Was able to get a same-day appointment. The technician, James, was polite, and professional in appearance, and worked quickly to solve the problem in the rain and heat. When finished he reminded me to check that all my windows were closed and locked the basement door( where the breakers are) on his way out. Highly recommend and will ask for James when I need AC/heating/electrical service.
All I can say is amazing! Hands down great customer service. I called during a emergency and they came out the same day. Fixed my old 20 something plus AC unit and they came over with a brand new one the following morning and installed it with total professionalism. I recommend them 1000% If you want the job done professionally and correctly this is the best of the best!!
James attended to our spring tune-up. He was professional, courteous, and clearly communicated the condition of our A/C system, along with our options for possible replacement. We've been contract customers with them for a few years, and while all our encounters with their techs have been positive, James ranks at the top of Jeffery AC and Furnace technicians.
