Dr Prosser was my sister's doctor for years. When my sister became ill, I stepped in as her health care surrogate. Dr Prosser never returned my calls, not once, even when I called the Emergency number. I flew to FL from CT called his office from the hospital, the hospice and after my sister died. All this happened in a time span of 11 days!!! NOT ONE CALL! Dr Prosser last saw my sister 3 wks before she died of stage 4 cancer. He never diagnosed her illness! BEWARE!
