Good sized shop with kind staff and a variety of items. Do I use hardware tools? No. Still found something to buy, ha.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but that ends today. I rented a log splitter for 24 hours to get some work done, and only 10 minutes into using it, the machine began leaking fluid. I immediately called and was told to return it. When I brought it back, the staff said I’d still be charged for 4 hours — even though it only worked for 10 minutes.
