I usually don’t speak my mind about a business because I’m a business owner myself, and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. We dined out the other night and waited a longgg time for our food then for the server to admit that she forgot to ring our order up.. still gave her a $20 tip, we know stuff happens because I used to serve. We always love coming back to my husband's alma mater for Homecoming every year at Jacksonville State from Augusta GA and always have to stop by Jefferson's and eat we always have had great food and great service. Tonight we came in and sat down and waited about 10 minutes. No one came to our table so we left and came back 35 minutes later and got waited on this time and my buffalo chicken wrap and my onion rings were the best as always.
