Horrible, I was forced to provide a 1 star. The condo association committee is consist of a bunch of circus clowns. They gather HOA fees, but will not repair anything at the complex. Only time repairs are being made is when the residences HOA are increased to cover the cost. They utilize their little positions from the committee to intimate, harass and discriminate against only particular residences. Don’t walk by this complex RUN……..
