I contracted with Jonathan Dobson to aid me in listing my rental property for rent and securing a permanent tenant. Jonathan was professional and not only helped me get the property listed on a variety of virtual platforms, but he also coordinated all showings and screened all applicants (including processing applications, background checks, work history, etc.).
