Overall great neighborhood to live in but the construction on some homes not par for the price tag. I would be sure to double check everything before moving in. Builder hard to get in touch with and can be defensive/unhelpful when it comes to fixing issues
Just signed on a home in Jefferson Trail solely due to the quality of the build of the houses in there. I haven't ever seen quality of materials and finish in a house in that price range, they're usually saved for the $1mil plus range in my experience as an insurance guy. Attention to detail is so nice I'm excited to call it home in February. The listing agent Kelly Hubbard is fantastic and prompt, never seemed to want to rush us at all and answered every single question.
