Very professional and fast! In and out is less than an hour!
The lack of professionalism is Unbelievable. They deserve first place award in poor customer service category.
Waste of time. Arrived at 1:15pm to be told on last customer. Employee stated LA computers went down at 1pm. Posted closing time is 2pm today. I subsequently called ABC Title and verified they were open to 2pm and would complete the transaction provided I arrive by 2pm. Consider doing business with a more reputable company with a desire to get the job done that they advertise they can do. Update: at 2:03pm I had completed the desired transaction (vehicle tag renewal) at ABC Title of Metairie (on Veteran’s). Recommend using a... read more
