It took forever over a month to get anything done. We put in maintenance the day we moved in and nothing Got fixed until Friday. We sent an email wanting to have a concession for all The time we went without a faucet and a dishwasher, and no one got back to us. From day one when the air conditioner was out for 5 days before it was fixed, it’s been a constant pain trying To Get anything fixed
I moved here in February, and after everything I have experienced, I have already paid my termination fee due to personal circumstances and these issues. I wanted to leave an honest review because I have had several ongoing frustrations and concerns with this property. Since moving here, I have consistently noticed people coming in and out of the property who make me feel uncomfortable, and the gate is broken much of the time. Excellent place for live here , cleaniness and lovely enivorment to live here
Recent company change - I hope they spend some time and live for the property . Landscaping - lights - paint and parking lots need new parking spot lines , common areas need some attention and the cleanliness of common areas and leasing offices need attention . Please clean up and add some new pool furniture :)
It’s great living here except for the gates that the managers can’t keep closed. It has taken a month for the front office to do anything about it. I hope they can improve.
