My third-floor apartment experienced a severe cockroach infestation originating from units below. Despite notifying management multiple times over several months, the only action taken was a weekly visit from an exterminator who applied bait, which proved ineffective. There was no meaningful follow-up or urgency from management, who appeared largely indifferent to the significant health risks involved. Ultimately, I had no choice but to terminate my lease early to escape these unlivable conditions.
We moved out of this complex after breaking our lease due to nonstop issues — and I want to be clear that this review is based on our experience from the opening of the complex through the end of 2024. I haven’t lived there in over six months since buying our home, so I can’t speak to current conditions. That said, our time there was incredibly frustrating.
