Jeff from Jefferson sustainable landscaping was making a Costco run when I called him on the phone. I explained what service I required and he popped over immediately to look at our water issue. He spoke with husband on site and made recommendations for solving the issue. He didn’t change for taking his time to help us. We need more caring & respectable business owners like this man. Absolutely the best! Communicative, responsive, fun and friendly, great ideas, always on time, always goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely puts the customer first!
When we unexpectedly discovered a landscape situation that needed to be addressed asap we called Jefferson Sustainable Landscape Management. They came out immediately (the day before Thanksgiving!) to get us to a stable place. Guy and Jeff and the whole Jefferson team understood the situation, were kind and resourceful and went above and beyond to get it done for us so we could all enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. I can't recommend Jefferson Sustainable Landscape Management enough!
