My son had ear tube surgery, even though its a non invasive procedure I was still so nervous. From the anesthesiologist to the front desk, everyone was sooo amazing! Check in, prepping & the procedure was super quick we were there for about an hour and half total. They made me feel so comfortable and took such good care of my baby. Overall it was an amazing experience. Wish everywhere was like this!
Came for outpatient surgery. They shot me through check in and preop check in. I was wheeled to the or on time and before I knew it I was done and awake. The nurses were the bomb! All friendly and understanding. You go in nervous and unsure of what is happening….overwhelmed is a good word… but they were right there to help you along the way. Place was clean and organized. Was pleased with my experience!
Called to receive an invoice for my charges and the receptionist on the phone refused to provide an explanation of the charges.
I want to express my gratitude to all the staff (from the front desk to the operating room) for their attention, support, and professional work. I wish everyone health, wealth, and prosperity. As my grandmother used to say, may you rarely encounter doctors and prosecutors in your life.
