The nurses and the doctors in this place are so kind and patient and treat you like a human being with special care. I can’t say enough about the surgical center. I do like going there actually it’s a great place.
My daughter came in for nasal surgery today, and Dr. Kam and the entire staff was absolutely excellent… My highest accolades to all of you, first class operation. When you encounter the best experience you’ve ever had in any matter, it’s worthy of review… Kudos to all of you! My immense gratitude!
Was there yesterday for a procedure. My appointment was for 11,didn't get to the OR until after 2. My procedure took a long time and by the time I was done I was the last one there. They were in a huge rush to get me out of there. They didn't take the leads off me. They sent me home with instruments and no instructions. They sent the prescription for my pain meds to the wrong pharmacy, so I was unable to get them.The pre procedure nurses were great. The doctor didn't even check on me before I left. This was at the same day (23 hr) surgery center, Washington twp. The surgeon was from Rothman and performed a total right knee replacement. I wish there were more than 5 stars available. The nursing staff was incredible. They were on top of everything and couldn’t do enough for you. The ratio of nurses to patients was very high. They were everywhere!
