I love it. Mason has a great hometown feeling. The building is older but has loads of charm. The windows are awesome, great lighting and views. Some of the windows may be drafty but that can be remedied with curtains or draft items, no place is not without its uniqueness or problems. People are great,plenty of events to join if you desire. I looked at several places and none compare to living at Jefferson Street Square.

Get use to it being an old school house. The draft from the windows will keep you chilled in the winter and cause your AC bill to go up in the long summers. The chalk dust is still settling. If you're am early riser, you won't need an alarm clock. The local train starts blowing its whistle between 4:30am & 5. People here are nice and will love to party.
