Jefferson street flooring has been back 12times in the past 2 years to fix vinyl flooring which has never been right since they installed it. They replaced our kitchen for the 3rd time and immediately it started to crack and separate a week after they were done, this same scenario has played out every time they’ve been here. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I personally wouldn’t allow them to install a floor in my dog house!
Our second time buying from Jefferson Street Flooring and it's always a great experience! Very friendly people and a beautiful showroom. You won't regret working with them! A great place to have right here in Kearney.
Customer service with Beth was exceptional! She went above and beyond to have my carpet installed in a time crunch and was very helpful when trying to choose the right carpet for our needs. The install guy was friendly and did an amazing job. We really wanted to use local but expected them to be higher than other places but they were actually less and with much more customer service. We built our forever home in May 2025. We had the best experience working with Beth. I wouldn’t have wanted to do it without her. From wood flooring, carpet, and tiling, she made our experience so fun and easy. We told her our ideas, and she pieced together everything perfectly. I’m so thrilled with how everything turned out.
