This place is a total train wreck.... I feel sorry for myself for going there and being abused... Not giving medication that was listed... This list is too long. I feel sorry for the people that attempt to do a good job and do, but they are very far and few in between..... Last of all I feel sorry for myself and family... Terrible experience!! !active Life-threatening infection..... Swept under the carpet!!!
Had to take my husband to the ER (my first time ever going to an ER EVER) and it was a positive experience. The staff were kind and made us feel at ease. We were seen straight away as there was no one in the waiting room at around 9pm on a Saturday night.
Fifteen years ago, I had a deeply negative experience at this hospital’s emergency room. Naively, I returned today, thinking that surely, in over a decade, things might have improved. How wrong I was. Not only was my experience equally poor, but it surpassed all expectations—in the worst possible way. Let me begin with the positive: there was no waiting time. I was left to die in the waiting room from a severe blood infection and they refused to help me sooner. I was forced to leave to seek life-saving care at another facility after waiting for an hour, pleading with the staff for help only to be met by total apathy, and they had the nerve to charge me $108 for stepping foot in the door. Their negligence would have killed me if I waited any longer. Don’t come here if you’re having a genuine medical emergency because their indifference will kill you. The medical system is a joke and this hospital is a prime example of that. Expect little to no care and 90% of the nurses should be fired!
