I saw Nurse Practitioner Jessica McGill, two weeks ago for my gynecological exam. She was very unprofessional! I explained to her about which speculum to use. She took it upon herself and used the one she wanted to use. She did something very inappropriate. She’s not a caring professional. She doesn’t try to connect with her patients. The poor rating is not a reflection of the great service provided by the MDs, residents, nurse practitioners, and nurses in this facility but the terrible front desk staff who are responsible of scheduling our prenatal appointments. We just deliver a healthy baby boy at Washington Township and our care are done differently because we had a “gap” in prenatal care. To add to insult, we had a social work referral due to this gap in care that the front desk are responsible of scheduling our prenatal visit at this location.
