The driver was emptying someone else's porto potty for a month. They promised to give me credit for the missed service but never did.

Jefferson State Pumping has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We have had an outhouse for about 9 months out at our cabin, and have nothing but trouble getting them to come out and clean it. Multiple phone calls and multiple broken promises of service. Can’t wait to get another service.
