Very helpful staff, excellent communication and customer service!
No one here knows EXACTLY what their doing. I feel sorry for people who have no background, education, information, inclination about specialty medication, prior authorization prescription processing , and what is really required. Actual reading that needs to take place instead of just pressing enter and send. Of course if Mike is sending the SAME exact document with a Different date a denial is certain. Very helpful staff
Every six months my doctor sends my prescription to them for "prior authorization" - and every six months they sit on it and do nothing. I have to call again and again and never get my meds on time until they finally "expedite" it - which means that it will be sent to my insurance next week. It takes 2-3 weeks to go from my dr sending to to them to them giving to my pharmacy. Each rep has the most patient voice when they tell me that there is nothing they can do to make this a better system. I wish I never had to talk to the... read more
