Went to this urgent care center today because of a recommendation from a friend. She was right. This is by far the best walk-in clinic I’ve ever been to. Virtually no waiting, wonderful and very knowledgeable staff. I’m already on the mend thanks to their team. I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone who needs medical help! Thank you Jefferson Regional!
You only getting that one star bc I have to give one to be able to write a review . But y'all need to get it together !!!!! Y'all are urgent care and the er is moving faster than y'all have lately . And next apparently the last time I was there which is literally the other day the doctor there diagnosed me terribly wrong she didn't even listen to my reason for being there . Smh but I guess that pretty fitting for pine bluff neways might as well fail like the rest of this town
I spent over two and a half hours in the waiting room for a sore throat and ear pain, only to be told it was probably just tooth pain, despite having visible white spots in the back of my throat. The provider was very dismissive and seemed rushed to get me in and out, which doesn't make sense given the extremely long wait time.
Extremely slow. Nothing urgent about this place. Will do better going to emergency room do not recommend.
