I have been left in exam room for over 1 1/2 hours. I feel extremely bad or I would not be here. No one's checked on me or updated me on how mucher longer this is going to take. I came in on Monday, same symptoms same issues. I am not doing any better. This is pathetic health care.
Went to this urgent care center today because of a recommendation from a friend. She was right. This is by far the best walk-in clinic I’ve ever been to. Virtually no waiting, wonderful and very knowledgeable staff. I’m already on the mend thanks to their team. I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone who needs medical help! Thank you Jefferson Regional!
You only getting that one star bc I have to give one to be able to write a review . But y'all need to get it together !!!!! Y'all are urgent care and the er is moving faster than y'all have lately . And next apparently the last time I was there which is literally the other day the doctor there diagnosed me terribly wrong she didn't even listen to my reason for being there . Smh but I guess that pretty fitting for pine bluff neways might as well fail like the rest of this town
