I had physical therapy here for 3 different recoveries, the Therapists were ALL 5 STAR and very caring and professional, my problem and dislike is 100% with the billing department. Today is Oct. 24, 25. I got a collection letter for Aug. of 24 & Jan. of 25. I do not recall getting ANY bills for unpaid services by my insurance OR for any co-pays, it was sign in, PT, leave, NEVER any talk of co-pay amounts EVER!
