Dr. Mirabal is excellent. She knows about what's going on with her patients. She listens, she's direct (we love that). The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is her staff over the past few years. That, I blame on JRMC.
Dr. Mirabal took the time to listen to me and explained my treatment plan in a manor that was understandable. She was highly recommended by my primary care physician and I highly recommend her to others seeking an otolaryngologist.
