Absolutely horrible customer service! Very very slow plan ahead! Arrived to get an x-ray, brought the diagnostic order in on my phone via “MyChart” just as my doctor and Jefferson radiology asked me to bring and with me to the appointment when I scheduled it! Well, after waiting for a whole hour, they couldn’t even help me, do you mean to tell me your technology isn’t good enough for me to print email or even take a picture of the x-ray order on my phone, a complete waste of an hour plus today, highly disappointed
I have been here for X-rays in the past and scheduling was not bad, treatment has been good but I had to schedule and appointment for MRI and it was way far as i needed for my Neurologist so I still scheduled and so now I get a call and message left that they canceled due to radiologist coverage for that day, which is annoying o will be looking elsewhere.
Julie at the front desk is extremely kind and patient and helped me squeeze in an appointment before my insurance changed. As I sat in the waiting room I heard her give other patients the same experience.
