The staff in the office were kind and thorough. My appointment went smoothly and the results were sent to my doctor with no issues. Where Jefferson Radiology has gone wrong is on the administrative end. They have been incompetent in their billing, communication, and providing results and images upon request. They have made an already stressful event even more so. I will never use Jefferson Radiology again. Avoid them if at all possible.
Waited over 30 min just to check in. Lobby smells like smoke and it's dirty. Do not recommend.
I've been waiting over a MONTH for imaging results & report . Called Jefferson and I'm just left on hold , never able to speak with anyone. ( after 48 min, I hung up, tried multiple days …at different times, same result no one picks up. My doctors office reports same issue ..unable to get clear answer as why the delay. I tried contacting Jefferson thru “ leave feedback” on website only to get an error message. So I walked into Jefferson Enfield office to inquire. I've been waiting FOUR MONTHS for MRI results. This is ridiculous. Try to call the office and I'm just left on hold with the same repeating messages about how fast their exam times are or lung cancer screenings. 0/10 would not recommend if you are actually concerned about your health.
Service was great the day I went for my scan. Was in and out before my appointment time!
