I've been waiting FOUR MONTHS for MRI results. This is ridiculous. Try to call the office and I'm just left on hold with the same repeating messages about how fast their exam times are or lung cancer screenings. 0/10 would not recommend if you are actually concerned about your health.
Service was great the day I went for my scan. Was in and out before my appointment time!
Almost two weeks..... and nothing. I went in for an MRI on May 28th. Called twice for my results. Today is June 8th. Still nothing. Something is going on in my neck, in a lot of pain, and cannot be treated until these results come back. Sorry, but two weeks Is ridiculous...... poor excuse of a medical facility for sure. Had I gone to RAH, I would've walked out with my results in hand like I have in the past.
The staff is pleasant and appointments are usually easy to get. However, the result times are horrible. They got better for a period of time and seem to be slipping again.
