We were up stairs in the PT office
Every different office I've been to in this building which is 4 has been great
During my appointment, the nurses came across as impatient, cold, and dismissive, which made an already stressful medical situation even worse. I did not feel cared for, respected, or spoken to with basic professionalism. To make matters, I was later sent to collections over a $30 bill, which only added to the frustration and reflects badly on how this office handles patients overall.
Actual experience at office: Great! Scheduling: Awful and frustrating I had an appointment scheduled, 2 weeks later my doctor sent over a change to the order (nothing substantial). When I called to have them update my appointment, I was told by the receptionist that she could keep the original date. 30 seconds later, she gives me a date that is a month later. I ask what happened to my original appointment time and she told me it wasn't available anymore. How does that even happen? There is also no wait list system, so if you... read more
