This place used to be wonderful when Dr Rudolph and Lyndsay Hummel were there. They were caring and efficient Definitely looking for a new primary the staff is rude the drs ruder can’t get refills or appointments I would not recommend this place
I had an appointment scheduled at Jefferson Health for 11:20 a.m. I arrived early at 10:40 a.m. and attempted to check in, but was unable to do so. When I went to the front desk for assistance, I was told they could not find my appointment. At no point did anyone call me or email me to notify me that my appointment had been canceled. If I could give this place a zero I would just because of the provider. It is sad because the front desk staff were so nice. Clarissa, the APN was so rude and I am not sure how she even has A job I came there as a new patient because I wanted to have a new primary doctor. This office is hands down the worst I’ve ever visited . I am only there because my regular doctor stopped taking my insurance. These doctors gaslight u if u suffer from mental health, they note ur account with derogatory lies , they record u without ur consent . They treat patients suffering from severe mental health disorders like drug addicts . They tell u you’re depressed , they put u down & give u more anxiety than what u walked in with .
