When I moved in, the drip pans on the stove had food baked into them, and the carpets were clearly not professionally cleaned. Now that I’m moving out, management is requiring me to pay for carpet cleaning and plans to charge for patching small nail holes from hanging pictures—normal wear and tear in most rentals. This place is a joke. My girlfriend and I have lived here for 5 years and every year it goes a little more down hill. For starters, they love to send antagonizing messages letting you know you are late on rent from multiple numbers.. but let’s rewind a second. I have severe health issues, and have been on a payment plan the entirety of our stay at this residence. I give Jefferson Pointe apartments a 3 star rating for now because you do not get what you pay for. Rent is expensive, and the pool you pay for isn’t open for past poor management reasons. The noise level from airplanes is insane for short periods. But to make it worse we have a quiet enjoyment clause in our rental contract that doesn’t get enforced and is disrespected by certain low I.Q. Individuals.
