The only time property management will communicate with you is when they're begging you for a Google review. I paid to move in on August 8th 2025 and they tried to push my move in date to August 12th after I had already paid. To start I am not the type to leave negative reviews but this place really sucks which is why I left after they refused to fix things wrong in the apartment but had the nerve to increase rent by $200. I am lucky to have been able to leave as soon as they posted the increase on everyone’s doors. Please stay clear from renting from these people. When I moved in, the drip pans on the stove had food baked into them, and the carpets were clearly not professionally cleaned. Now that I’m moving out, management is requiring me to pay for carpet cleaning and plans to charge for patching small nail holes from hanging pictures—normal wear and tear in most rentals.
