Don't waste your time or money on this place. My mom just died of covid-19 that she contracted there. Workers are supposed to wear masks at all times and be vigilant of our senior citizens. We weren't even allowed to visit with our mom outside, with masks and distancing. Yet, the workers come and go as they please. My mom died alone and she was miserable the last 6 months of living here, not being able to see any of her family. I even spoke to the CEO about this 2 weeks before mom's death. This is a wonderful place. I was transferred there after two months in the hospital. The staff is amazing friendly and helpful and always chatty. The physical therapy team was amazing they got me up and walking when I thought I would never walk again. Thank you guys for your wonderful care and compassion.
i have contacted everyone you can at this place and still have the same issues...for some reason they cannot get it straightened out..the food they serve my mother is not what she orders and twice now for dinner just plain rice after telling the kitchen director she dont eat it...very irate with this place..I have even spoken with the director
My mother has been at Jefferson Place for over two years. I have been so impressed at how much the nurses, aides, staff and therapists have all taken such a personal interest in her, and also in me, as her caregiver. I appreciate the regular family conferences and personal phone calls that keep me updated about her condition.
