The Jefferson Place Apartments are not maintained beyond minimal repairs (that take forever to be fixed). The landscape is maintained better than the occupants apartments. They go to great lengths to make the inside look great for prospective tenants, but one good walk around the complex tells a different story. There are window pains that have fallen out of windows, window sills and frames that are yellowed and some are rotted and falling to pieces. I've even seen boarded windows!
