Good location The property is beautiful and the office staff are super helpful. So far I’m enjoying living here
Just don’t I’ve lived here for 2 years and can’t wait to get out. They switched management companies right when I signed for my 2nd year, fired the maintenance guys who had been working here for YEARS. They knew every apartment very well, were very helpful and reliable, and knew many of the residents well. Now they can’t seem to keep maintenance and even had no Maint. Workers for weeks at a time. Be Cautious!! My cousin & I were interested in the apartments because they looked nice and each apartment had a screen porch! So like most people I called and the lady told me that they didn’t have any showrooms at the time but she will give me a call once something was available for showing. So I gave her my number and that was that. Months passed and I still hadn’t received a call so I decided to email,with no response.
