I loved all the staff front desk and therapists. Shelby and Ms. Craig I saw mostly. I would love to go back. Helped me immensely.
I’m quite shocked at the poor reviews for the front desk. They were always very pleasant with me and very helpful getting me booked.
The front desk women are AWFUL. Rude and disrespectful, especially the older one with long brown hair. My actual PT Justin was awesome, but every appointment you are working with a different person with not much consistency, except when working with Justin. I wish Pivot hadn't been so booked or I would have gone with them. Please find somewhere else to go to if you have the choice!!

This is the third time I have delt with the Customer service desk at this place, its aweful. Both front desk women DO NOT KNOW how to use a pleasant tone of voice. The first thing out of their mouth when you walk in is "WE'RE VERY VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW" as if its a fault. Then your asked in a Barking tone "What do you need" after you explain to a Dr. Referal for physical therapy, they BOTH dismiss you and tell you to go back to the Dr. Without regard...its like they HATE working there, or perhaps they don't get paid money to r... read more
