Every single time I go to pick up my daughters heart medicine there's a new issue. Maybe jefferson county should open another one..I don't think they can keep up with the volume of customers. Seems there a bit overwhelmed. I cant even continue my vacation and had to cancel now because I won't have my child's medicine she needs. I followed the rule of call it in 24 hrs before. OMG! My CPAP crumped and I actually cannot work without it. We were able to give me a loaner and send off the broken one with only 2 hours notice. Happy I purchased it there, delighted it was under warranty, and so so grateful that Jefferson Pharmacy has this ability. Plus helpful with my son's prescriptions from ER Plus they've always worked with me when I've had concerns about my mask. Thank you Priscilla!
