The plumbing is very old. The Association doesn't care. I have issues getting the next door unit owner to allow me to change the waste pipe for a year now. By the meantime I cannot use my washing machine because the pipe through the wall is not in good condition and also my kitchen. Their is no response from the Association.

Terrible association, my mother is retired and disabled and they refuse to install a railing for her steps so she doesn't slip and fall on her way to the doctor. We have contacted multiple times for assistance and they will not help. Unacceptable!
