3rd year in row with Technologist Taral, I find her to be professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind.
This used to be such a great location with fast, efficient, service, with skilled employees. Not anymore. I just had procedures on my stomach due to Gastroparisis. I need to see a surgeon, so a CT of the abd and pel were ordered. I was made to show up for my appointment an hour early, to drink contrast. I waited more than an hour for someone to bring the cup. When I visited the Jefferson Radiology department, I was disappointed with the attitude at the front desk. There was no friendly greeting; instead, the staff were sitting and talking among themselves about other people. When patients who had finished their appointments said “have a nice day,” no one even responded. We would like to see more professional, younger, dynamic, and friendly staff. This kind of approach is very important for making patients feel comfortable and valued.
I had a great experience with my radiologist Tina she was great and so kind. From start to finish the process was great I was in and out for my appointment. I would never go anywhere else and definitely recommend coming here for your appointment.
I was very disappointed about the care for patients that are in pain today. I was there with my mother that I have never seen her cry until today. She’s an 80-year-old woman tough as a rock however she had a nasty fall and broke her wrist in several places so the doctor prescribed to go to get a CT scan from the Malton location.
