If you can’t see Dr.Decidue don’t waste your time. Decidue moved to main full time now. The remaining staff are terrible and way overpriced. Garbage practice.
Front desk ladies were lovely and worked hard to charge insurance. That's the ONLY good thing about this place. I was uninformed about surgical risks and success rate and post-op recovery, my worries and questions were completely dismissed. After visit notes had conflicting information with what I was told (fine to brush teeth immediately versus wait two days) and straight up lies (like that a certain surgeon had been there the entire surgery, he hadn't been there at all). I read the one star reviews last night before my appointment and it made me very apprehensive to go. I’m already an anxious dental patient and reading that had me talking to all my support systems to help me today. There was no need. From my first encounter with the front office staff thru to meeting the dentist, each step was smooth and pleasant. The dentist listened to me, considered my concerns and acted accordingly. Awful, just awful. I went in just for a consult. The secretary at the front desk didn't have copies of the HIPAA or financial agreements and expected me to sign digitally without reading what I was signing. I saw 2 doctors while there, Dr Lee was doing his residency, he was very easy to talk to and very informative, but he left the room as Dr taub came in, to make a phone call in the hallway. I arrived here about a month ago after being recommended by a dentist but canceled my appointment to find a better place. However, when I arrived, I was informed that a consultation charge was due. What if the dentist is unable to fix my jaw or teeth?
